This is the ultimate massage whilst you grow your baby -for relaxation, nurture & self care. This full body, side-lying massage is adapted to the individual and is suitable from 14 weeks until your baby's arrival.

Massage can help alleviate aches, pains and common pregnancy discomforts, whilst simultaneously reducing stresses, supporting the bonding process & preparing for birth. You will feel simply amazing, as you release endorphins!

So, if you are finding it hard to fit in some calm time where there is absolutely nothing to think about except you and your baby, ease your pregnancy and give yourself the time and space to enjoy it, through massage.

You will be guided and held through this magical and life changing time. Naomi can advise on gentle exercises and simple techniques to soothe common physical and mental pregnancy ailments

Massages take place in our own beautiful treatment room at The Manor Health & Wellness Centre, Colchester, CO3 3LX

or in your own home (there will be an additional charge for home visits).
