BABY MASSAGE & YOGA RECOVERY COURSE
This 5 week course is part Yoga and part Baby Massage. Over the 5 weeks we aim to nurture mum after the birth of baby, through Yoga practices – strengthen from the inside out whilst laying down the foundations for postnatal recovery. You will learn and practice simple Yoga techniques to keep you sane during testing times, re-energise if exhausted and strengthen weak pelvic floor/abdominal muscles. We will also benefit from and learn the foundations of Baby Massage as explained on this page.

If you and your partner would like to learn how to massage your baby in the comfort of your own home, 1-2-1 Baby Massage courses can be a really special experience in the early days of parenthood and can be arranged to include a personal programme for postnatal recovery/nurture.
4 private sessions of approximately 60-75 minutes each = £100

Learning how to massage your baby with a small group of friends can be great fun and also supportive. You could combine Baby Massage with a Postnatal recovery and Nurture programme – just call me to discuss your needs. Classes could take place either in the comfort of your own home or a venue can be arranged for you and be as long or short as you wish.
